A damp morning

Well i am back on a cold wet day,when its like this it makes you feel rubbish,anyway today i am feeling a bit rubbish i think its the change in weather going from warmto cold and damp does not help,september has been a bit of a busy month on the 9th i had my brithday and celebrated it with my husband and the willow foundation and on the 16th i was in london doing the hydro active challenge with emily's angels to raise money for cystic fibrosis,it was such a great day and loads of fun.here are a few photos:

My birthday was great as i was invited to a bbq with the willow foundation and fellow peopl who have had special days,i was lucky enough to meet the founders bob and meg wilson who set up the charity in memory of their daugther anna who died of cancer at the age 31,i also got a lovley surprise they gave me a lovley birthday cake ,i also got to meet linda lusardi and her husband sam kane and there children,we spent the day at paradise wildlife park in broxbourne.here are a few photos:
